At City Church, there is a place for you! No matter where you are on your journey of faith, City Church is a congregation that welcomes your questions or doubts. Even if you’re just curious to know what this is all about, there’s room for you!

The style is modern, meaning that the songs and music have a contemporary feel. The service usually begins with a cup of coffee and good conversation. The atmosphere is relaxed, and people are easy to talk to.

In February 2024 our building burned down. This event has deeply affected our church, but we look forward with HOPE. Currently, we are gathering at Reinsaríið in Tórsgøta. Although we lost the building, we have not lost our hope of reaching the city.

We dream of building a new church building in the heart of Tórshavn. We look forward to seeing this dream become a reality. The new building will house most of our activities, including City Meal, Elevation, Empower, and our Sunday services.
